We had a great experience working with Erik and his team.
Erik managed our floor installation project from start to finish, from helping us choose high-quality flooring to the final baseboard painting. He spent his time helping us find the right hardwood color, brought multiple full-size samples to our house so we could compare everything in our own space, and offered very competitive pricing.
His team is also incredibly skilled, they handled some challenging parts of our project, including matching the height of the new hardwood with the existing bathroom tile, and the final result looks seamless. Finally, the baseboard painting was absolutely flawless as well.
We’re extremely happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely hire Erik and his team again!

Erik is hands down the best and most professional contractor I’ve ever worked with- and I don’t say that lightly. We had new wood flooring done on an old home that had carpet on the top floor and stairs which turned out to be more complicated than expected and it ended up looking SO incredible. I wanted a rich and dark Victorian inspired floor, and Erik and his team delivered just that. Even when there were unforeseen complications due to manufacturer issues that are out of Erik’s hands (they sent the wrong color of wood for half the deliveries), he was SO on top of calling them out and expediting the completion of getting the rest of the correct wood delivered. Usually I’m the one who has to ask a contractor for updates on how things are looking but never with Erik- he always beat me to the punch of sending me updates and keeping me informed. He and his team even returned during a busy season when we had to get a wood stair nosing replaced that originally came in the wrong color, which Erik made sure got replaced by the manufacturer. The team even made ever effort to accommodate us as we were moving into our new house during these renovations. I cannot recommend Hardwood Plus enough, they are incredible and it has me wanting to look for another project to hire them for! So thankful to Erik and his team!

The team here did a great job removing and installing new flooring. They explained each step of their process and were very collaborative. I would hire them again if needed. They were highly professional.
Erik and his crew provided a wonderful experience. He came to the condo to assess my needs, he measured every area that was going to be floored, he brought samples with him, and when I needed to see more samples, he met me at his shop so that I could see more. The crew did a fabulous job, and there were no glitches. He was completely honest about costs and the possible need to fill in areas on the concrete floor that were extremely uneven. He sent me photos to show the areas that needed to be filled it. I cannot recommend him highly enough. You will not be sorry if you hire him.
Super prompt and responsive. They came same-day to give me an estimate and then had it to me in 24hours. Very competitive pricing!! They were flexible and accommodated some of my own scheduling needs. The install team was fantastic! They worked quickly and efficiently- finishing faster then anticipated and did a thorough excellent job- noticed and fixed some subfloor squeaks before putting the wood down. Would definitely recommend.
I recently hired Hardwood Plus for a full flooring remodel in my 2,000 sq. ft. home, installing a combination of LVP and carpet throughout. Very happy with the new carpet and bathroom floor recently installed by Hardwood Plus in my Gig Harbor home. Erik the owner was great to work with and hands on from start to finish. I met with him to initially get estimate and from that point on until the job was complete we remained in contact. I was back in LA when the job was being done and Erik stayed on top of everything throughout the entire project. He really takes pride in the work being done and handled everything in a very professional way. Would definitely use Erik and his team again for future flooring and highly recommend to anyone currently looking now.
